You were called to give a quote and arrived within a few hours. You saw right away what I needed and drew up the designs on the spot. Most important was the fact that you were able to get the closets installed within two weeks (the day before I moved in). This was a great help to me because all I had to do was move my clothes from my previous home to the new closets.
As my kitchen does not have good cabinet space, my idea was to install shelving in the front closet to hold small appliances. Thank you for making that happen. And because I am short, you designed the closets in my bedroom so I can better reach things. Now there is plenty of room and I cannot wait to put everything away.

Karen Rolleri came out to look at my very messy, disorganized closet. I had an idea of how I would like the closets to look and after our meeting Karen took those ideas and made it even more than I could have ever imagined. Karen listened to what I wanted and added her own personal touch to the design.
Now, I have storage drawers for large blankets, shelving for dvd's and video's, a "wrapping station" complete with a large paper bin for those rolls of wrapping paper you never seem to have space for and enough drawer space to keep tissue paper, flat wrapping paper and all my postal shipping supplies. She even gave me two file drawers I wanted for those must keep files and documents.
I was so impressed with how my closet came out that I called Karen back to upgrade the closets in my master bedroom. Upgrading my closets has increased the value of my property and, should I ever want to sell my condo, the new owners can keep the closets the way they are or call Karen to reconfigure.

I was introduced to Karen through my professional organizer in the hope of having new closets installed in the home I was moving to a few short weeks later. Karen measured, estimated costs and designed a reach-in closet and a master walk-in closet all within a span of about two hours. The pricing was excellent and I loved the designs as they uniquely matched the rest of my Craftsman home and maximized every inch of space.
